[求助] 电脑中毒了,后果很严重

电脑中毒了,后果很严重

今天朋友拿了个U盘在我的电脑上想拷些片看，直接打开后就感觉不太正常，一看任务栏里的瑞星杀软和防火墙图标都不见了，再看了下任务管理器多了otgjxei.exe和mkwrioy.exe这两个进程，结束不了它，百度它们时网页立即被关。想进C盘里看看它们的位置，结果“显示所有文件和文件夹”不起作用.估计是中毒了,用好几个杀毒工具也不行,网上也找不到好的解决方法.
